TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Tango Designs are not responsible for lost through normal postage (via SingPost). Please top up $2.24 for registered postage with tracking number.
- No refunds / exchanges for clearance and sales items
- Customized items requires at least 7-14 working days (or otherwise stated) to process. Please email us should you require urgent orders (additional charges applies).
- For exchanges, please send item/s back to our main office

- Postage will be fully reimbursed. Do remember to send your defected / exchanged products with registered postage as we are not responsible for lost of mail through normal posting.
- Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
- No exchanges for customized items unless item was not done according to customers request.
- Exchanges are to be made within 7 working days upon item received. Product must be sent back unwashed, unworn and in its original condition.
